Did You Know?

Infants should always be placed on their back to sleep, whether for a nap or at night, says the American Academy of Pediatrics. The mattress should be firm, and soft bedding and stuffed toys should be removed from the crib. Don't allow your baby's head or face to become covered during sleep.
